The Walk-in Clinic provides treatment for adults and children of all ages on an episodic basis. The below list is not exhaustive but list some of the acute concerns the Clinic can assist with including:


-Treating strains, sprains, and most non-life-threatening injuries

-Treating colds, coughs, sore throats, earaches and other infections

-Treating UTIs, headaches,  and stomach aches/pains

-Giving allergy injections and other injections

-Ear syringing and assessing ear pains or concerns 

-Refilling prescriptions, ordering labs/tests when appropriate and referring to a specialist, when warranted by assessment

-Treating various skin problems including treating warts and other skin conditions with liquid nitrogen

-Providing birth control counselling and prescriptions, pregnancy testing, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment


Appointments are be triaged based on urgency and availability.


Your visit with the physician will be covered by the Medical Services Plan of BC plan upon providing a valid BC healthcare number. Please be aware that some treatments, services, and most forms are not covered by the Medical Services Plan of BC and, due to this, there may be a private fee.

The Walk-In clinic provides rapid access to primary care for patients who do not have a family physician or who cannot access their family physician in a timely manner. Our doctors provide care for a wide variety of medical issues but give priority to new and urgent problems.. To protect our staff and patients from respiratory infections, such as Covid-19 we book all appointments in advance by email. Please use the form below to request an appointment. Our staff will respond within 2 working days but for urgent concerns every effort is made to see you the same day. We offer both phone and in person appointments. All appointments are booked for 10 minutes and one concern.

   Unless you were told otherwise during your visit, all requisitions for lab work are sent to LifeLabs. Lifelabs requires 2 business days  to process your lab requisition before your appointment. If your testing is considered urgent you will be provided with a paper lab requisition at the office to take to the lab urgently yourself. 


Lifelabs has multiple locations in Victoria you may book an appointment at any location by visiting their website using the link below.  When you attend your appointment the lab staff at any location will be able to view your lab requisition. The closest Lifelabs location to our clinic is the Royal Oak location, just a few steps away, within the mall, beside Subway and Royal Oak Vacuums

24 hours notice is required to cancel a confirmed appointment.  Failure to cancel a confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of $85.00 and your ability to book future appointments with the clinic will be under review.
